SENATE BILL NO. 160 "An Act excluding certain employment by                    
students from the definition of `employment' in the state employment           
security laws" was read the second time.                                       
                                                                               
Senators Adams, Torgerson offered Amendment No. 1 :                             
                                                                               
Page 1, line 7:                                                                
	Delete "mother or father"                                                 
	Insert  "parent or legal guardian"                                        
	After  "was":                                                             
	Insert  "under the age of 21 years and"                                   
                                                                               
Senator Adams moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.                       
Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.                                
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Objections were heard.
